A Vessel Wi-Fi pilot can include
- A configured FreeRADIUS service and a custom passenger splash page.
- Passenger accounts, premium packages and crew allowances.
- Integration with your customer tracking system, or a basic contact system where one is needed.
- Consent-based email or text feedback, with provider and consent setup.
- Network qualification, training and a documented handover.
Timing, pricing, support coverage and ownership of hosted resources are defined in the project agreement. Entra ID, payment and onboard equipment integrations depend on access to your systems.
