SMS terms and conditions

Program status: prelaunch. The public consent form is an example. It does not subscribe you or send messages. These terms govern Inlet Solutions Demo account messaging when that service is enabled in the protected evaluation demo.

Program and message types

Inlet Solutions Demo is an optional account messaging program operated by Inlet Solutions LLC. Messages include account verification codes, account recovery messages, and requested temporary-crew access messages. This program does not send advertisements, promotional offers, or surveys.

How to opt in

In the protected evaluation demo, enter a US mobile number you control, actively check the SMS consent box, and select “Yes, send me account texts.” The box is not preselected. A phone number entered for onboarding by an administrator does not, by itself, enroll that person in SMS. The recipient must consent before any account text is sent.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use email instead. Creating a booking is not required to have an account.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your carrier about those charges. Inlet Solutions does not charge a separate subscription fee for these account texts.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to a message to opt out of this SMS program. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. Further account texts will be suppressed unless you opt in again. Choosing email remains available; opting out of texts does not delete your account.

Reply HELP to a message for assistance, or contact admin@inletsolutions.com. Do not include passwords or one-time verification codes in your support request.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains information use, service providers, retention, and contact options. Mobile information is not sold or shared for third-party marketing. SMS consent does not enroll you in unrelated services.

Delivery and account safety

Message delivery depends on your carrier, coverage, and the service providers involved. Delivery may be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on this evaluation service for emergencies. Keep verification codes private and tell us if you no longer control a registered number.

Evaluation limits and changes

This is an evaluation environment. Simulated Wi-Fi purchases and usage are demonstrations, not a purchase of onboard internet access. Service availability and reasonable message limits may change. Material changes to the messaging purpose require a new consent choice. These terms do not establish a passenger contract with any vessel operator.
