Demo privacy policy

This policy covers the Inlet Solutions Demo website and its evaluation account, Wi-Fi, and messaging features. Inlet Solutions LLC operates this demonstration. It does not operate an AMHS passenger service through this demo.

Current availability: The public SMS opt-in page is a preview only. It does not collect or transmit the phone number or checkbox selection. Live account messaging will be enabled only after provider setup and delivery testing are complete. The sections below describe how information is handled when those evaluation features are enabled.

Information used by the demo

Account and contact information: your email address or mobile number, account identifiers, and the information needed to authenticate you or issue requested access.
Messaging records: your consent choice and its time and wording version, message requests, delivery status, and opt-out preferences. Do not send payment details or sensitive personal information in replies.
Evaluation activity: actions you take within the demo and synthetic Wi-Fi usage or purchase records. Simulated purchases do not charge a card.
Technical information: basic request and security logs, such as IP address, time, and error information. Hosting systems may process these when you visit a public page.

Cookies and the public preview

Our hosting platform may set essential routing cookies to serve the website reliably. The public SMS preview does not add tracking cookies or save your phone number or consent in browser storage. It makes no messaging request when you use its preview button.

Why we use this information

We use information to provide and secure demo access, verify contact details, send account messages you request, handle crew invitations, respond to support requests, and diagnose problems. We do not use consent to account texts as consent to marketing or surveys.

SMS consent and your choices

SMS is optional. The live consent step requires you to enter a mobile number and actively select an unchecked consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase; email is an alternative. You can stop account texts by replying STOP to a message. Reply HELP for help, or email admin@inletsolutions.com. See the SMS terms for the program details.

Service providers and information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Hosting and message-delivery providers process the contact and message information necessary to operate the service on our behalf; for example, an SMS delivery provider needs the destination number and message. This does not authorize those providers to market to you or reuse your consent.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Retention and security

We retain account and operational records as needed to provide the evaluation, investigate delivery or security issues, and meet applicable obligations. We may retain a minimal suppression record to honor an opt-out after an account is removed. Access to account and messaging records is restricted to service operations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction, or deletion

Email admin@inletsolutions.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your evaluation information, or to ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Please do not email passwords or verification codes.

Policy changes

We will update this page and its effective date when the policy changes. A new messaging purpose will require a separate consent decision; a policy update alone does not sign you up for promotional texts.
