Passenger & crew connectivity
A service passengers can manage from a phone, with a browser desk for the people supporting them.
Sign in or join an existing Wi-Fi account, view allowances, buy premium data through Clover checkout, retrieve network login details and review reported usage.
Invite crew with a defined allowance and validity period. An onboarding link lets the recipient supply and verify their own contact details.
Create walk-up accounts, find an account by Wi-Fi user name, review credits and sessions, replace network credentials and manage invitations.
Invited users can ask a guide-backed question and minimize the answer while following the steps.

Passenger · browser & mobile
From choosing a sailing to returning to a booking and its passes.
Choose one-way or round-trip travel, ports, dates and the passenger party. Add vehicle details where needed, then review available sailings.
Review the itinerary, provide booker and passenger information, add the requested vehicle details and proceed through checkout.
The signed-in account can retrieve its own bookings, itinerary, booking reference and passes. Saved traveler details help with repeat travel.
The combined mobile app keeps booking and Wi-Fi in separate tabs under the shared InletPass identity. An existing Wi-Fi account can be joined on first use.

Booking agents · shore staff
A detailed view for resolving passenger requests without losing the history of the booking.
Search by booking reference, name or vehicle plate. Open the itinerary, passenger and vehicle manifest, booker information and activity history.
Use the sailing-change or passenger/vehicle-edit workflow to review a quote, record the reason and accept the change.
Review the cancellation result before confirming. Copy & Rebook provides a path to a new booking. Sailing cancellations and affected bookings have their own workflow.
Desk check-in, payment state and actual boarding remain distinct. Agents can inspect the relevant history instead of treating every status as the same event.

Terminal & vessel · Android / Zebra
A handheld view of the selected sailing, boarding scans and synchronization.
Staff sign in and select the sailing leg. The dashboard identifies the vessel, terminal and leg before scanning begins.
Refresh manifest sends queued scans and requests manifest updates. The screen exposes online/offline state and pending synchronization.
Begin scanning to read boarding credentials. Passenger lists and the scan result/review screens help staff deal with an unexpected result.
Queued offline scans can be uploaded after connectivity returns. A submitted scan is not automatically an accepted boarding change; exceptions and late evidence remain distinguishable.

Vessel staff · passenger & crew desk
A working view of the people associated with a sailing and the support they may need onboard.
Choose a sailing, inspect totals and search by passenger or booking. Status distinguishes booked, checked-in, boarded and cancelled records.
The passenger view can show the booking holder’s Wi-Fi tier and remaining allowance. The Wi-Fi desk supports further account assistance when authorized.
Cabin information is a read-only view of booking entitlements, not proof of occupancy. Scan exceptions preserve evidence that did not change passenger status.
Admit an existing crew member, inspect the roster and record sign-off. Planned end times do not automatically sign someone off; the action is recorded in the log.

Master · voyage & operational overview
A view of the current leg, manifest state and operational information that needs attention.
Select the vessel and review the current sailing, manifest state and boarding counts. Counts reflect the latest synchronized information.
Confirm departure to send the manifest ashore and record the leg’s departure. Record arrival and use the correction workflow when a port or arrival needs amendment.
Review Watchkeeper’s current and projected rest information and the operational irregularities surfaced for follow-up.
Inspect synchronization/telemetry status and the information available for upcoming stops. Stale data remains visibly different from a fresh operational update.

Crew · supervisors · master
Make work patterns, rest information and schedule changes visible to the people responsible for them.
Compare recorded and planned work/rest bands. The board distinguishes current issues, projected issues, overrides and hours that have not been assessed.
Build and review schedules. Templates provide reusable patterns that can be applied deliberately rather than silently creating new work.
Crew can review their own shifts and request changes or extensions. Requests follow the configured approval flow, with additional approval where required.
Authorized roles manage the rules used for assessment. The crew roster and vessel context establish whose information is in view.

A connected operation
The booking supplies the traveler record. A handheld scan supplies a boarding event. Purser and captain views interpret the accepted, synchronized results.
Crew admission establishes the roster. Watchkeeper records and assesses work/rest information, with the relevant view surfaced to the captain.
The passenger manages their account in the app. Authorized staff can review access and help resolve account issues. Wi-Fi can stand on its own from day one.
